Title: Cole/JoJo
A Little Bit about my submission: Gone from this life, but not forgotten: Cole, I love and miss you today. I was thinking earlier that I could think of you now without crying, but then, the tears start again. I still see your sweet face, big eyes and black, shiny coat. You brought so much joy, first to Christy and Randy and Jacob, and then, to Sid and Melissa and all of us that knew you. I know you had so much fun with JoJo and Chloe. It hurts to think someone wanted to intentionally hurt you, but unfortunately, things like this remind us that there are those folks out there that are mean and cruel and don't think twice about hurting innocent people or animals. I'm sure you and JoJo will make lots of friends. You will always have a very special place in my heart and I will be able to take your picture out and smile some day without the tears. I think of all the things you liked to chew on when you were a puppy. And to you, JoJo: I am so sorry that I didn't get to know you better, but I love you, too. You brought so much joy and happiness to Sid and Melissa. I think of your whiskers and smile and remember when you came by the house, you couldn't be still. I'm so glad you were Cole's and Chloe's friend. We're not to have revenge in our hearts, but I know there is a punishment out there for the person or persons that wanted you hurt. I will always think of you being together with Cole and all the new adventures you probably have to check out. Chloe sure misses you and is still frightened, but Sid and Melissa are trying to give her lots of love. Thank you for sharing your brief life with those that loved you. Again, I love you and Cole. We didn't get to say good-bye, so I won't say good-bye now. Go run and play with Cole.
