Memories of Jay
Jay was a police horse and loved for years by the force until he was retired. As I know it he was adopted by
Sandy and Bob....it was from what I was told what brought them together. The love of horses. Jay came to me
for such a short time...and my kids and I feel quickly in love with him. He was just this guy that....wanted
you around to be brushed loved..kissed....rode. Can't say enough about this trouper. I was able to ride him
once while I had him in my care. He was so sweet. My daughter sat on him bare back and he didn't move. What Jay
brought to our family was the love of horses once again. We had a horse pass away a few months before and it
took me many months to even look at another horse let alone GET ONE. Jay was just different that's all I can say.

He was my friend Sandy's first horse...her love, her life. I am happy she has another horse to fill her heart and work with
training...Jay will be by her side. Bob'''the DAD of JAY... was the guy who rescued him and gave him a great life and
a gift to the carveacre hill, and to his girlfriend Sandra. I don't know much about Jay because I only had him in my
life for such a very very short time that I don't know his little traits and things he does. He passed away so fast. But
left hoof prints on my heart. There will never be another JAY and I know this. I have had horses all my life. Jay
was very very special. Hope you are running wild...and feeling free....giddy up Jay. WE ALL LOVE YOU! Bob, Sandra, Amy, Ashley...and every one that every had they chance to meet you and ride you. GOD BLESS YOU.

Thinking about you today. Will always miss the smell of a horse. April 4th, 2013 : (
