Sweet little talking Missy, thinking of you today as you celebrate your 4th Angel Day at that Bridge. I know Carley and Shana are there helping you celebrate and it won't be long, Max will be joining his three girls there. We love you to the moon, little girl, and will always miss your presence, especially as the weather warms and the pool water warms up. Oh, how you loved that pool, couldn't get enough of that beach shelf, splashing all that water up on your head, out to dry, then right back in. You were a character and the chattiest one of the Roake Pack. Kiss your sisters for me and know that you are all with me right here in my heart. We finally spread your ashes out in the alleyway, your private little dog park out back that you so loved, and a few in the gardens for you and you will live forever in your favorite spots. We love you, little Missy!

3/27/24: Three long years since you moved along to the Rainbow Bridge, little Missy, and you are missed as if it were yesterday. In fact, just yesterday, I swear I saw you walking along the pool, just like you did your rounds several times each day, checking the gardens, checking the water, then headed out to the alleyway to play in your private little dog park. Turned out it was actually Derby, our rescue who looks a lot like you with a few less pounds. But I truly think you were paying me a visit and I do appreciate that! I was certain it was you - so thank you, sweet girl! I know you are spending your days with Carley and Shana, oh to be part of that pack again. But I will someday and the whole and complete Roake Pack will be reunited with so much love and joy. Happy Angel Day, little Missy, furever loved and missed!

Hi, sweet Missy, just dropping by to pay you a visit and let you know all is well. Max is still with us but we have adopted two more rescues and have named our new pack the Roake Pack 2 - there will never be another Roake Pack like you, Carley, Shana and Max, but you definitely left your legacy here in this home! We still speak of you often and miss you terribly but also know that our time will come! We love you, little girl, our happy girl, our Missy!

Our sweet little Missy, so loved and missed. We sent Shana your way this week and we know you are all together again at the Rainbow Bridge. Max misses his gals but is doing well. You and Carley, please show Shana around - though I am sure the two of you have already tumbled in joy to see each other. We love you - take care of each other until we are all together again.

Laura...a beautiful tribute to a great friend. Missy is a beautiful girl and very lucky to have you as her forever mom. It is always hard to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. But no matter what or for whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon leaving their forever pawprints within us. Be sure to know she is happy, healthy and playing with Oreo, Ralph and Eva while waiting for us to join them at the Bridge. I can send you my babies sites if you wish to visit..take care..

Dear Laura & Family, My heart is saddened with yours in the loss of Missy. Having been a dog owner/lover all my life, I know the deep heartache we feel when we lose one so precious to us. I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Missy. Please find comfort in knowing that Missy is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I have lost several babies since Spooky's passing. Hannah 1/11/13, Sammi 8/2/13,Maci 4/9/14, Gabbi 3/20/17, Zoe 1/3/18, Willow 6/4/18, Shelby 6/12/18, Bear 11/17/19 and Bella and Murphy who were both tragically poisoned on 06/18/20.
