Memories of Winnie
Winnie was the most beautiful, sweet and loving dog. She never hurt anyone. She was so kind. She never complained no matter how sick she got. She was so brave. All she wanted was to be with her family, Winnie loved to play with her ball by the pool slide with her brother Steve. She also loved playing "stickie" with her brothers Mike & Steve. She loved when it snowed and hated when it rained. She loved her new baby nephew Ryan and looked after him constantly even when she could barely catch her breath.
In her final weeks she was most comforted by her brother Mike who carried her around almost all day and tried to make her comfortable. I miss her so much. I hope she is happy and at peace. She'll always be in my heart.

Happy 10th Birthday my precious girl. Miss you every minute. I hope you've made lots of new friends and have met up with your family and my other pets that are there. I picture you there running through the snow like you used to before you got sick. There's the spot by the rug that get's sun in the afternoon that you loved to lie on-I can see you there every day. Nothing is the same without you. Love you forever.

I can't believe you've been gone a whole year. Still miss my sweet baby and pray every day that you're happy and at peace. Winnie-I was so blessed to have you in my life for almost 10 years-you'll be in my heart forever. I wish I could hug you.
