Katie girl its been a year now and its not any eaiser. I guess by now you and smokey man have settled into the rainbow side of life. Kelly points out many other dogs that are yellow labs that look like you and she wants me to look at them , but I just can not baby. You are my first girl and there will be no other like you, You where the best dog, friend and living thing on the face of the earth to me.
We now have a new addition to our family named Laney and she is watching over Tiffany and sam and I always wonder what you would think of her.
I hear you sigh at night from time to time , that sigh you gave right before you went off to sleep at night, maybe its you going to sleep under a tree near the bridge waiting for me .
I miss you so much and I am sorry I was not there with you when you crossed over but I just did n't want you to see me in the state I was in that day . WHY CAN'T GOD LET DOGS LIKE YOU LIVE LONGER...
