this is a sad storie about a family of kittens. one day when i woke up. i got a phone call from my grandma saying that the was having kittens! i rushed over to find 4 kittens and 1 miss carrige. the mother cat, snow, had them in a cat tower. she was kind of wild so we could not touch them. but when she went out to hunt, we looked at them to see if they were ok. well she moved a few times and one week we could not find her or the kittens. the next day, we found snow behind my house. dead. some cyotes got her. my grandmother, my mom, my dad, and me all went throught the woods behind our house to look for the kittens. we had an old shed behind our house and me and my father went in to look.at first we did not see anything but then we heard sqeaks comming from a pot. we looked in and there were the four little kittens. eyes still closed and all. we emidiatly took them inside and to the vet. when they checked the kittens for any diseases and came back with good news and bad news. the good news was none of them had a disease. the bad news was the runt. had a 5 percent chance of living! they suggested we should put them down my mom agreed but i thought, maybe the 5 percent would come through. i siad no and told told mom that EVERYTHING should have a chance of living. everything. so my mom and i left with 4 kittens. but the runt never ate any food. we had to force feed it. and it could walk. i thought about what the vet said about putting him down and thought it would be a good idea.the next day i was at a friends and got a call from my mom. the runt was dead. i went home with my friend and we cried our hearts out. a few days later i went to feed the kittens and i had a friends dog over and i the kittens out of theier box. mistake. the dog got one of the kittens and i grabbed the kitten away and it was still alive. but barley. me and my mother rushed to the vet. the vet did all they could but nothing worked. the kitten passed on to its mother and sibling. the good thing is that we still have the other two cats. Trouble and Oinkers! they are now about 2 or 3 months old now and are the cutest things. in loving memorie of snowflake( the runt) and mistchief (the other kitten)
