We are in such a state of shock
You were such a healthy cat
I rushed to you to the vet real late
and your never coming back
He says you had an embolism
with a slim chance to survive
You were never even sick a day
Why are you not alive?
I had to make the decision
to put you out of your pain
The pain is now mine with
sadness that is hard to bear
We will meet again one day
Up in heaven we will run and play
forever
