Lady
I bought a little dog one day
And I learned to love her so.
And then one day she got sick
And I had to let her go.
She went to another world way up high.
Lady went to Heaven to her home up in the sky.
And when the Golden Gates were opened
And she walked up the stairs,
All the dogs were waiting, waiting for her there.
There was Lucky, and Mandy, Poppie and Peggy Sue.
And there was Mitsey and they all said,
"Come, little Lady - we all welcome you"!
And as she walked in the door that said DOGS ALL GLOW,
Lady went to Heaven, where all the good dogs go.
