My Romy girl was an Austrailian Shepherd/Retriever mix.She had severe hip displasia and cushings which caused pain and frequent infections. We knew it was time to let her go. She left us on March 31, 2003. Several weeks later, on a beautiful spring day, I was sitting outside at work with a co-worker talking about how much I missed her. We looked up at the beautiful blue sky and fluffy white clouds. All of a sudden my co-worker and I both saw it at the same time. A cloud in the shape of Romy's head with a big smile on her face. I really believe it was her way of letting me know she was happy and OK in heaven and that she is waiting for me. I know someday we will be reunited over the Rainbow Bridge and will run and play ball together.
