Beloved Mischka--
It's been four years today since we lost you. Please forgive us for the surgery. I've been looking at pictures of you--we took so many. I miss your deep, loving eyes. Lupo has been with us after you were gone, and he's wonderful in his own way. But you were unique, and I'll always feel your loss. You were so noble, right till the end.
Please be there for me at the end.
