SIREN: She was my first dog; I was a little girl when she came to our family (she was 3 months old)and we were blessed to have her with us for 14 years. She was a German Shepard and she was so wonderful. Every child should know how wonderful it is to have the love of a Fur Baby.
Gretta: She was my son and I's first dog.My son and I were on our own together and I felt he needed to know the love of a Fur Baby and I needed the safe feeling that I got from having a dog around to protect us. Gretta (Doberman)came to us at 3 months and stayed with us until she was 8 years old. She is now waiting at the Rainbow Bridge for me, she knows I will be there for her, she was always there for us. Gretta I will make sure I bring you your Velemints(i know you miss them and i miss you).
Clyde: Gretta's daddy. He needed a home and my parents took him in because Siren had gone on to the Rainbow Bridge. My parents were hesitant to take in an adult Doberman that had been used for breeding but they gave it a try; Clyde was as big as a baby Black Angus calf but was as loving as a kitten. He was quiet but always dutiful and loyal, never offering to hurt even my infant nephew. He stayed with my parents the rest of his years (6 years with my parents and never had to breed again. My Father who was a fireman for 35 years cried like a baby when Clyde went on to the Rainbow Bridge. Clyde and my Father are now at the Rainbow Bridge waiting for the rest of us to arrive.
Cloe: my firsy kitty cat! she was a little barn kitty (5 weeks old) when she went home with me. It was late into my life before I found what it was like to be loved by a kitty. I was 35 years old. Cloe was a torty(she looked like FIFI). My only regret, I did not know what that kitty love was like earlier in my life. Cloe worried about me all the time. When I was home she was by my side always; outside or inside. Her favorite thing was to "ride in the wheelbarrow". Her little fraile body gave out after 9 wonderful years with me. She will be the first to see me come to the Rainbow Bridge, because I know she still worries about me!
SADIE: Sadie you just passed yesterday, you were only with us a short while and you illness was short. You were a big LUG HEAD ROTTY but we loved you. Like my parents with Clyde, I was hesitant to take in an adult Rottweiler but you were so fun loving and care free you would never hurt anyone. You liked to run and play and I am so happy that you could. When you came to us you had lived in a large kennel with 3 other Rottys and you were always picked on. You were never picked on again after you came to us. Clarence and I will always miss you and we look so forward to seeing you at the Rainbow Bridge. Clarnece is a 51 year old man, but he cried last night at your grave and said he has lost "HIS FRIEND" so he misses you!
ALL THE OTHERS: This is for all the others that have never know a home and love, all the ones who had to suffer on this earth before they went on to the Rainow Bridge. I will be there some day and so will a lot of other humans, and we will be there for you and we will love each and everyone and you will never have to SUFFER AGAIN!!! Unitl then please play and have fun and be CARE FREE of pain and suffering!
