My girl Geisha, had trouble getting up when she did the last time, she fell and broke her vertabra in her neck I carried her for a week outside and eventaully she could not do anything had to make the decision to put her to sleep. So many people do not understand how much animals mean to us, they are part of our family. Now the decision time has come again my Choice is 12 1/2 and my vet told me Monday his spine is deterating and shutting off his urnary track eventually he will shut down. Now one leg does not work and I hold that leg while we go around the yard until he can find a place to go, with him being blind, sugar and can not control his cushion problem my poor guy I hate to see him suffer. I hate March, the only light I see at the end of this is Geisha and Choice will be together running at rainbow bridge until I see them again. I trust my vet he has been right there for me anytime I needed someone to talk to about any problems I still have 2 dogs just took in an abused cocker and can not understand how someone can be so cruel to this babies all they want to do is love their family.
