"Our Little Trooper" Jesus called and Sammie answered
by Kelly Lynch
Her name is Sammie Lynch she will forever be in our hearts and minds. Last year December 26, 1999 we found out that Sammie had Lymphomia. We did all we could for her for almost 1 year. Friday Dec.22, 2000 Sammie was very sick we took her into her vet and was told she needed to stay. We left her there she was given IVs to help her vomitting but, she still was sick. We went to see her Yesterday December 23,2000 her poor body was so weak and tired. How glad we are that we got to see her alive just one more time! We told her it was ok to go home to be with Jesus we understood. Sammie's sister was there with us they just kept eye contact. Tiffy brought Sammie a toy to have in her cage with her. The vet really did not know how sick our Sammers was. If she was still the Same on Tuesday December 26,2000 we were going to have to make the HARDEST desion of our lives!! Last night we receieved a phone call that Sammie had passed away in her sleep. We had prayed all day that she would go in her sleep and God the Heavenly Father whose knows best took her into His arms of love. Sammie now is running playing and seeing better than ever. Please pray for us as we will miss her very much and pray that the Lord will help us. This has been a rough year and couple of days. It is so easy in this time to become angry bitter and run to other things to help ease the pain like my wonderful husband said " People can run to a bottle and maybe get temporary comfort but I would rather run to Jesus who is a constant comfort and He can help hold you up permanently" God our Heavenly Father has been and still will be faithful to us He has been from the begging and still will continue to be!!!!
