You came that day into our lives,
on four spindly legs with two blue-green eyes.
One crooked little tail that swisched and swayed,
we only wished you could've stayed.
What a suprise you were we could've never imagined,
that day we got a glimps of heaven.
A gift from God for us to see,
what the other side for us someday would be.
And oh what a gift you were for a short time,
sweet memories you have left us with devine.
Your sweetness will never be forgotten,
your funny antics and nose soft as cotton.
God called you up and we wondered why,
something so sweet would have to die.
But now i think we know,
we got your message Lord,
A glimps only you could afford.
So thankyou lord for sharing your special gift,
because our spirits did you lift.
So i say to Jasper before i go,
my you play and run too and fro.
