We know the pain you had to feel as you whispered soft goodbyes, we saw the sorrow on your face and we wanted to dry your eyes. In life you gave us love and in death you set us free, yet we never wanted you to feel heartaches now x 3. We didn't mean to leave you, nor did we cherish growing old and weak; and there are things that we would tell you if we could only speak. We would tell you you were the best mom a creature ever had, we always knew you loved us, even when we were bad. Each one of us tried to stay with you as long as we possibly could, and you have to admit it mom, we stayed longer than you thought we would.
