Flitting thru the house
On lightning feet
Little ghost feet
More silent than an mouse.

A glimpse of leg
Or flash of tail
From the corner of my eye
In my dreams you visit me
I wake with a sad little sigh

When you left this earth
I thought you were gone
I guess I should have known
You'd go to the Rainbow Bridge
But be back before very long
