I came home and as usual I went outside to unhook my dogs from their chains. They like to jump our fence. Sasha, her chain is hooked to pallets right down in our fire pit. Shasha usually perks up and barks when I come home. No sign of her. Samara was barking to be let off. I went closer to let Samara off and there she was. Sasha was laying in the pit not moving and my heart stopped. I ran into the house and called my husband to come home from work. I called my friedn to come unhook Samara because I couldn't go back there. I was freaking out. Talana came and unhooked Samara. She also unhooked Sasha as well. It turns out that Sasha had wrapped her chain up around the pallets. She couldn't reach the shade or the water. She curled up in the fire pit and laid her head down trying to get away from the heat. It was too hot for her and she had died. JT had laid her in a blanket and I finally was calm enough to say bye. I laid my head down on her and cried for what seemed like hours. We put her collar back on her and my parents came and took her. The dog named CHopper that I take care of for a friend wouldn'd leave Sasha's side. Till my dad took her. That was Sahsas 1st home was parents house till I moved out and took her with me. So I sent her body to be burried at home. I sent with her an angel charm that my grandma had given me before she died. You see, my parents got Sasha for me when she was 8 weeks old because they thaught I was going to kill myself in High School. For 7 years, that beautiful one blue eye, one brown eyed australian shapard was my angel. She saved me in more ways than one. All she wanted was to be at my side. She was so sad when I wasn't around. She was mine, even when others were around. All she wanted was me. Thank you to my Sasha for being with me and helping me though my tough times. Thank you for being my Angel. No other amimal that comes in my life will ever take your place. You were one of a kind and nothing can beat that my love. Now you are with my grandma. She will watch over you until I can be with you again. I love you and I am always thinking of you my love. Goodbye Sasha.
