There once was a dog named Sissy
who was her momma's little Miss Prissy
She was neglected abused and shy
but she still caught her momma's eye
Momma brought her home to love
but all to soon,God took her to heaven above
She could always bring a smile to my face
now she is surroundedby Gods grace
She is no longer afraid or sad
because in heaven there isn't any bad
Now she can run happy and free
and wait in heaven for me
We'll be together again someday
and never have to go our seperate way
Until that day God comes for me
Sissy please love me and wait for me
My love and thoughts of you will never die
and when we are finally together, my tears will dry
Until we meet again on the other side
the hole in my heart will stay open wide
