that precious sensitive gentle soul
who taught me by example
how to care
how to sacrifice
how to learn
how to love another being
you leave me in a way I can no longer touch you
play with you, feel your kiss, and feed you
but you are so forever always with me
you are my mate, my buddy,

you taught me, as you taught Skylar,
the lessons we need to know
to be of good heart,
I love you, I will always be with you
And I will see you once again
if I have failed in my timing, I know you already forgive me
