This story is not one of your usual stories... I am writing this for someone who I know will truly miss her companion...As we speak, she is putting him to sleep...One decision with no other solution...We gathered last nite to be with Buster to enjoy his company once again.
Buster knew that it was his time to depart from Darra though he gave every effort to stay attentive... Knowing all well, that today she would have to bring him to the vet....
One thing people need to understand is that our fury friends become so much a part of our lives and part of us that when it is their time to say good-bye it is all the more harder....Part of us goes with them.....I like to believe that we do not say good-bye but rather go on to a whole new level of living...Maybe starting a new chapter in our lives...Keeping in mind , all the things our companion brought us .....good or bad.....They are there with us all the way....
So I feel , that remembering the best times we shared with our friend is the greatest gift they give to us.....The people they touch. Yet....our fury friends do teach us lessons....One, which I totally agree with others, is that they do give of themselves totally...Should I say rather "UNCONDITIONAL LOVE". One should be so lucky to find this...For when we do....Cherish ever moment with them and know that this love is true and ever-lasting....
I wrote this for I know the pain and hurt one goes through...We each try to accept things for what they are...Life is full of ups and downs... Ours friends just as humans come into our lives for some reason or another. So please for all those who hurt and do not want to let go.....Do......Learning to let go of those we love , will in turn put you in a better path with more rewards ahead...
