Spirt i remembered when i was picking out a bird for the first time,
there was alot of birds in the cage but i picked you, you wern't a very friendly bird you didnt like to be handeled much but i stil loved you, you were so beautiful. The day i went down stairs i heard a loud screeching sound i thought one of the cats had caught a wild bird and brought it inside like they did often. so i went downstairs to see what was going on and 2 of our cats had my poor spirt cornered when the cats saw me they quickly ran away spirt jus sat there i could tell she was in shock so i picked her up and brought her back to her cage with her mate Soul. All the rest of the day she kept closing her eyes then opening them. When i woke up the next morning i looked at the bird cage and when i only saw Soul in the cage and no Spirt my heart stopped, there was a note from my mom saying that Spirt had died that night, she only lived about a year with me and she died only a week before my birthday
