Is it worth it? Is it worth the heartache? I have lost 4 cats and 3 dogs so far, and it hurts and I miss them all so much but I do feel it is worth it to have furbabies. They give so much , they love uncondtionally. God created us with the ability to love, and that includes loving animals for He created them with love. My furbabies are my children, I still have 7 cats left and I do dread the day when it is their time to go. The oldest cat is 14 yrs, and the 2 youngest are a year old. I lost Poppie in Jan of 2002 and Heidi in Feb 2002. I still cry over them and my heart is still hurting. It is hard when family don't understand. To those who have lost their beloved pet, I send my sympathies to you..and many comforting hugs.
