11/13/03 "Thoughts From Winnie"---|
....Now, I can't help you were too blind to see,
The love and caring you endowed upon me.
But now that I'm gone, all I can give,
Are memories of me in your hearts to live.
So, until we can be together again,
You should find another fox terrier friend!
And he too will be as lucky as me
I know you will care for him tenderly.-
Dear Winnie: Thank you for your caring thoughts. You will always stay in our hearts and you will always bring smiles to our faces!!!!
9/17/2004: - Dear Winnie: Today about an hour ago marked your first anniversary at the rainbow bridge and to celebrate the occasion three red roses guard your urn; one is for you, one is for your spirit (still very much in this home) and the third is for the legacy of poetry you've inspired. You remain in my thoughts daily despite the fact that we heeded your advice by getting another fox terrier whose name is Beasley. You two fox terriers so different yet alike, Beasley like you is a sweet spice in life!!!
9/17/2005: - Dear Winnie, Today marks your 2nd anniversary at the bridge. This year marks a truly sad one, as we tragically lost Beasley just 8 days shy of your anniversary.
12/22/2005: - Hello Winnie and Beasley, gone but not forgotten. We keep you in our hearts daily and frequently call our new little Remy by your names instead. Loving Christmas thoughts and sweet dreams.
9/17/2008 - Hello Winnie & Beasley; you're still in our hearts and minds frequently and wish you could be here with us. Some day we will meet up again and be eternally united. Much Love, Your Mom...
9/17/2010 - Hello Winnie and Beasley: It's been 7 years for you, Winnie and already 5 years for you Beasley and you are with us still. Your photos in my bedroom and at my desk are permanent fixtures.
Death leaves a heartache only time can heal but love leaves a memory that time can never steal!!
10/11/2012 - How sad that your third brother was sent to join you on this day. Please take care of Remy and guide him with his aggression. An aching heart....
10/16/2013 - You've been gone 10 years already, Winnie. We still have some of your doggie toys also enjoyed by Beasley and Remy. And now it's been a year this home has been without a faithful companion except for the memories I carry with me. Some day.... In my heart...
10/15/2014 - Winnie, Beasley & Remy - Our home is empty now. The busy days keep the mind occupied, but then comes a moment I realize I have no shadow and feel sad. But the memories and photo help sooth the heart. Be good! =======================
