Memories of Willow
Willow was found by Ron and rescued from an island in the Mississippi River in May 2003. She was the best dog ever from that day on. Although she had been abused and left for dead she was a grateful and happy devoted companion. We believe her age to be about 16 years this year.

If one of us was ill, she refused to leave their side. She loved kids and other animals as long as no one touched her tail (it was sensitive due to a previous fracture). She loved going anywhere we went but especially enjoyed camping. She always found a great spot in some weeds to watch over us.

We will miss her everyday. Run free my Willow, no more arthritis pain, no more effects from strokes, clear eyesight and I bet you can hear again too! We love you...see you on the other side of the bridge.

Please also visit Socks.
