Memories of Spanky
He had so many physical problems, but he never stopped enjoying his life, and loving his family...dog and human. He was only little but he stood up for himself with his brother. He loved us so much and we miss him more than we ever imagined possible. There is a huge hole in our hearts that can never be filled. After he would finish eating, he would come right over and asked to be picked up for an after dinner cuddle....he never stopped loving. It has been two years, and yet it seems as if it was yesterday that Spanky left for the Rainbow Bridge. I still miss him so much and think of him so often...he was a really great spirit, and I wish I could have helped him more with his physical problems. I wish I had made other choices for him, but I hope he knows how much we loved him. Spanky, you have Petunia and Tano and now Peeps with you at the Bridge now....I hope you all are together and waiting for us, along with Nano your Daddy...we miss you all so much here, but I know you are loving each other and waiting under the tree for us to come. Spanky, I think of you so often, and remember all of the fun and loving things we did together.Thank you for being our little angel dog and watching over us...the day your dad came through heart bypass surgery,we saw rainbows all the way home...which I have never seen in 30 years...and we knew that you and Petunia,Peeps, and Tano were sending us love fromthe Rainbow Bridge.Thank you forloving us,Spanky, we love you now more than ever.

Please also visit Peeps, Petunia and Tano.
