Memories of Snowman
Our little Snowman was only about 8 weeks when an uncaring vet in Deland, Florida placed another cat near him that was sick I overheard one of the assistants tell the doctor. Our little boy was now sick with Leukemia from the vet and how he was cared for. They tested the entire litter along with parents and nothing. The breeder was a friend and knew it wasn't in the litter. The little man lived 8 years with this and the night before his little lungs gave out we were playing mouse. I moved the mouse on the screen and he'd would try to hit it. Thought he would be with us longer.

One of his favs was to play fetch like a dog. Marie would make a ball out of tissue and toss it around, he'd get it and bring back. Never saw anything like that but he loved to play.

He fought like hell to stay with us as his sickness got worse, he had fluids everyday including xmas and Dr. Howard Johnson himself came in at 7am to administer. We also did blood transfusions but his lungs just wore out.

He was a love and liked everyone. His mom was named Love'ie and he followed her in being so gentle. His loss was terrible and I hoped his spirit would come back to us so we found Snowflake. Sadly, he is here now also as he passed from a Heart attack January 2018.
