Siegel Toby came into our lives on October 2nd 2009 and floated out of our lives October 3rd 2018. We were so proud you picked us to be your parents. You made us better people. We were a pack of three. A wonderful little family that did everything together. You came to us wild. You were a bucking bronco on a leash. But after awhile, you trusted us, and you knew this was it. You had been turned out of a couple of homes, but now you had your forever family. Everyone who met you fell in love. You knew when to be gentle and when to be silly. You LOVED food. I've never seen anything like it! And not just eating it. You loved watching me cook. Dad would yell from the other room, "where's Sieg??" and I would say, "Here. Watching her cooking show." I know many people think their dog is THEE best dog in the world, but I know my girl was. She helped me through 2 surgeries, and she was the rock in our family when my husband lost his job. She was smart as a whip too. She never forgot a thing. If someone gave her a treat, she would remember that house, or that store, even if years went by. The pain I feel is indescribable, but I KNOW we will reunite in time. Our pack had a very special bond. One that a little distance can't break. I love you Siegel-beagle-boo. My sweet sweet girl.
