Welcome to Remi's Rainbow Bridge Memorial Residency
Memories of Remi
I met you on my very first day at the pound for the Amanda Foundation. Teri saw something in you that I didn't see. Little did I know the impact you would have on my life. You taught me to see the true beauty hidden underneath the dirt, disease, and sadness that comes from being abandoned, on the streets, and in the pound. I could never have forseen the heart to heart and soul to soul connection that grew between us. I'm glad that you're no longer suffering, but I'm sad for the emptiness you've left in my life. Our love will never die and I'll see you again when I cross over the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you for allowing me to share in your life. "I SHALL SEE BEAUTY, BUT NONE TO MATCH YOUR LIVING GRACE. I SHALL HEAR MUSIC, BUT NONE AS SWEET AS THE DRONING SONG WITH WHICH YOU LOVED ME. I SHALL FILL MY DAYS, BUT I SHALL NOT,CANNOT FORGET. SLEEP SOFT, DEAR FRIEND..." (author unknown). Sad news, Kari passed away a little while ago. She now with her beloved Remi and Annie. She will be missed by many humans and all the four legged critters she worked with.
