Memories of Pickles
From the moment that Dylan found you on the street all tired and hot, we wanted to take care of you. It was so wonderful to see you start to grow and get fur, and strength from eating and snuggling up with your furry bear that we gave you. We did the best we could to feed and take care of you, but it seems that it was not enough. If love would have kept you alive, you would have lived many lifetimes, because we learned to love you very much. After the first couple days we never thought you would leave us, you were so strong and hungry all the time. It amazed us when you even got out of your basket by climbing up your bear and hopping out. I'm sure you were so tired from all that climbing and that's why you just fell asleep right next to your basket. it was very special how you would know it was your family and calm down when your head and ears were being rubbed.

The short 5 days we had taking care of you, were wonderful...thank you for the special memories our little mousey! Every child needs a memory to look back on in their life...of taking care of an abandoned baby...you are that special memory for Dylan and Alyssa...we will never forget! We all have a story to share with others for many years to come! We love you so much! Tina Marie, Alyssa, and Dylan (who found you)......
