Never in our life did we realize how much love you would bring us. At times you were border line nuts but you were always a joy to be with. You couldn't wait to go for a ride in the car. You would always know when we would be taking you for a ride by what lease we used. He knew the difference between his walking lease and the lease we used for the ride. He was so happy. He was king. When I went to the drive through at the bank he would look at the teller, wag his tail and bark at her to get a treat|
He would cuddle next to my wife while she read the paper in bed in the morning and cuddle next to both of us at night. He loved our grandchildren although he always made sure that he was the favorite "child"
He loved to play and was so full of energy. Chasing after a tennis ball or playing tug a war. Later in life he started to slow down with a heart condition. Slept a little deeper and his hearing was diminishing but he always gave us kisses and was so happy to see us if we were gone for a while. At the end, he laid next to us. He was so tired.
Oliver filled up our hearts with undying love. And we loved him dearly in return. We owe him so much and will miss him so very dearly. Oliver, you will always be in our hearts and thoughts. Until we meet again.
Your loving parents,
Mom & Dad Greenfeld
