Memories of Moo
Moo was a comical kitty. Black and white and fluffy all over she was rescued from a tree and brought to our kennel since no one claimed her. Moo was not your typical shy cat in a new environment, quite the opposite really. She meowed for attention and to anyone that picked her up, she would rub her face all over theirs leaving her nice long hair in your eyes, nose and mouth! HA! I had to have her and took her home to my other 2 kitties. They didn't share in the same enjoyment of having a new friend like I did, again, quite the opposite. Moo didn't help the situation either by chasing after my other cats and smacking them on their rumps when close enough. She would even run the other way once she caught up almost to say, "Now come catch me!" Moo was my little explorer too! She loved going outside during the day to catch bugs, butterflys and birds (although her timing was terrible she never really caught anything) HA! She slept with me every night wrapped around my neck. We were each others "blankies". Moo unfortunately did not live to a ripe old age of 16 or 18 like most healthy cats. She went to live with St Francis at only a year of age. She was hit by a car. My beautiful little angel ... I'll love you always and forever.
