Memories of Molly Mango McGee
My Dear Little Molly,

A day does not go by that we don't think about you. I get up and look over to where your little bed is and I still see you peacefully sleeping. You look like a little angel all curled up. We all miss you terribly. Rocky is very sad -- I can tell. He just goes in his crate and waits for his morning cookie but it just is not the same. He always let you have your cookie first in the kitchen. You were like a mom to him and top dog! We know though that you are in a good place and that you are happy and healthy and active again. I remember how active you were as a young pup and would jump up and down in front of the TV set because you saw a dog or cat on TV. You did not even like football and would do the same when they tackled each other. You were so smart!! I also remember rushing you to the vet's several times after your encounters with poisonous snakes (baby moccasins) that you hunted down. When you were the only fur child you went everywhere with us (i.e. on the boat, on Daddy's ATV, the big jeep we took to the mud-hole, camping, etc.). I recall our first camping trip when a raccoon came into the campsite and you kept us up all night trying to get out of the tent. You were so feisty and such a tough little girl. Even your brother Rocky is not as tough as you! You never gave up right up until the end and even that Friday night in GA when we thought we lost you then, you still rallied back. You were my first pet as an adult. I can still remember the first time we saw you in Bonita and how you stole our hearts. We didn't even know what kind of breed a Jack Russell Terrier was. I can still see your face as we drove away that day and I knew then we would be back the next day to make you ours.

We will always love and miss you until the day when we meet again.
Mom, Dad, and Rocky

Oh, I picked Daisies for your first bouquet of flowers because I remember you smelling the little wild ones that grew in the yard. Rest in peace my little angel!
