Memories of MARNIE
Dec. 27, 2023 ... Hello my sweet baby girl. It's now 6 years you left us for the Rainbow Bridge. Mommy & I miss you so much. Even though your stay with us was only 3 years when your original family could no longer keep you, we still love you just as much as our other babies. We trust you are playing nice with Abby, Jesse, Kaylee & Emmy and that you made many friends at the Rainbow Bridge. Wish we could have hung a Christmas stocking for you and left a present under the Christmas tree there. Stay well and make sure that you great us when we cross over from this life to the next. Love you, Mommy & Daddy xoxox

Dec. 27, 2022 ... Hi honey. Today is 5 years since we lost you to cancer. We were so sad to see you go but happy that you did not have to suffer any longer. Also that you were going to meet Kaylee, Abby & Jesse at the Rainbow Bridge. I hope you were there to meet Emmy when she passed in Oct. 2019. Please play nice, especially with Kaylee who I'm sure is no longer jealous of you. Mommy & Daddy love you and miss you terribly, but know that we will see you again baby girl. xoxo

Dec. 27, 2021 ... Hello sweetheart. Today is 4 years now that you left our side for the Rainbow Bridge. Mommy & I were so sorry to see you go but we know you were in a lot of pain. It was only 2 weeks earlier that Kaylee left us so I know she greeted you when you arrived. I hope you are finally playing nice together along with Abby, Jesse & Emmy. We miss you and look forward to seeing you again. Until then stay happy. Love, Mommy & Daddy. xoxox

Dec. 28, 2020 ... Hello my little baby girl. Yesterday was 3 years since you left us. Mommy & I really miss your sweet smile and loving kisses. Although you came to us later in your life we hold you as dear to us as our beloved Abby, Jesse, Kaylee and Emmy .. who joined you just last year. I wonder if Kaylee is still bossing everyone around. Listen to her, she means well. Go have fun. Can't wait to see you all again. Mommy & Daddy love you all so much. xoxox

Dec. 27, 2019 ... Good morning sweetheart. Today is 2 years that we parted due to your illness. I remember how you looked that day, so sad and in obvious distress. We had to end your pain and send you to meet your step-brother Jesse and step-sisters Abby & Kaylee. Now you have Emmy with you as well since she left us this past October. I hope you all met Emmy as she past onto the Rainbow Bridge. She was our last baby girl and I know you loved her for the short time you were with us. I also hope you are getting along with Kaylee and are no longer afraid of her. All Kaylee ever wanted was your respect as the oldest dog.
Please make sure you all meet mommy & I when our time comes and show us the way to Heaven so we can all spend eternity together. 😇 Love you sweetie. We'll talk again soon. Daddy 🥰

Sept. 2, 2019 ... Good morning my sweet baby girl. Hope you are still having fun playing with all your friends and especially with your sisters Abby & Kaylee and your brother Jesse. Mommy and Daddy miss you all so much. It is especially difficult around the holidays. Your sister Emmy says hello and that she misses you to. Make sure you meet her at the Rainbow Bridge when her time comes. She will need your help adjusting to her new life in Heaven. Love you so much, Daddy.

FEB 12, 2019 ... Hello my precious Marnie. Mommy & I are so sorry that it has taken us this long to register you at the Rainbow Bridge. However we have your ashes with us and I kiss you every night before going to bed. Your presence will be with us forever.

Dear sweet Marnie, you were always so lovable to us and we will always have a special place in our hearts. We have missed you terribly since you passed away on Dec. 27, 2017. Your cancer was initially diagnosed 8 weeks earlier and the meds we gave you seemed to be helping until you stopped taking them and even eating during the Christmas holiday. As with Kaylee who passed away 16 days earlier, we loved you so much we struggled with losing you forever, even though we tried making you comfortable during your last 2 days. Finally we knew that we had to ease your pain permanently and it broke our hearts doing what we knew was necessary.

In the vets office as you laid there next to mommy and we said our goodbyes, kissing and holding you during your last moments, we prayed to GOD, asking him to have your brother Jesse & sister Kaylee ... and also Abby who you never met ... to meet you as you crossed over and escort you to Heaven and the Rainbow Bridge. It gives us great comfort to know that you are now playing with Abby, Jesse and Kaylee. Even though you joined our family later in your life as we adopted you from our neighbors rather than see you go to a rescue shelter, we know we gave you the best 3 years of life. Please stay close to our family and play together, waiting for the day mommy and I reunite with you all again when the time comes.

Until then we promise to check in with you periodically so that you know you remain in our thoughts and prayers ... FOREVER !!! Talk to you soon sweety.
