Memories of Mandy
From the very beginning Mandy had an unconquerable spirit. We adopted Mandy from our local shelter. We were the third family to give her a home as she was a "free spirit" and liked to dig out of all of her previous owner's back yards. She settled down nicely for us though. It was soon after 9/11 when Mandy became a part of our family and I remember walking her around at Brandon's football game soon after we got her. She loved playing with the tennis ball...and for a Border Collie she swam unbelievably well, doing laps in the pool! Always intelligent, our Mand Mand became the alpha female after Snuggles. Mandy beat thyroid cancer and fought her most recent illness with grace. Enjoy playing with all of your Brothers and Sisters sweet girl. I WILL SEE YOU EVERY WEDNESDAY. DAD
