Memories of Laci Leigh
Laci loved to be kissed. She would jump into my lap, press against my chest and then put her face near my lips. She would sit without moving while I kissed and kissed on the top of her head. She was so full of love. She taught me so much about what unconditional love is all about. I would whisper in her ear I love you, she would give me one single lick (kiss) as if to say I love you too.

10/28/17 It has been only a few very long days and nights since you left us, it seems like eternity. The tears are less as we try so very hard to remember you with your big ole grin, the way you talked to every animal that came across the tv screen, the way you chased your Frisbee and brought it back to us with eyes twinkling, a proud prance and ears bouncing. Bambi is still searching for you and missing you. You are missed by Momma, Daddy, Bambi and crazy Russ. We all lost a part of our heart when you crossed over the Rainbow Bridge in your sleep. I hope you know we did all we could to fight that horrible disease IMHA that stole you from us. I can't imagine a Heaven without you in it so I know that one day we will be together again and hopefully there will be Frisbees there. Until we see each other again know that you will always be "momma's little baby". Love you always.
