Welcome to Kimba's Rainbow Bridge Memorial Residency
Memories of Kimba
I can't believe that 14 years has gone by. We got you at 8 weeks old. You were an active ball of fur! During those years you went on several moves with us and had to put up with your new sisters Sophie, Maddie and Scarlett. You were so loved and gave that love back unconditionally. You never hissed, bit or scratched ever; not even once in all them years. You loved your ears and chin scratched but your tummy- not so much. You were never sick your entire life until a month ago when we the Dr. Was suspecting you had cancer and confirmed it 1 week ago.You had lost a lot of weight and a sore toe that turned out to be a tumour. Not once did you show your pain. You didn't get up in the window anymore and just ran out of energy. A few days ago you stopped eating or drinking very much and I knew it was time. I didn't want it to be time. You were still snuggling and purring. We brought you today and you went up in the window looking out. Then you lay in my arms looking deep into my eyes as you went to sleep. You are now pain free and happy to roll around in the sun all you want. Ryan, Stephen and TJ will miss you so much; our hearts are hurting but thank you for all them good years you gave to us. Love you ❤
