Memories of Kika Manalansan
We love you forever, Koogi!

You lived with us at five of our different houses.

You were so funny. I loved how you would always expose your belly for a quick rub. I loved whenever Mommy and I came home from the grocery store, you always expected something was there for you. You would even bark at us! "What are you doing, humans?" "I need treats and toys now!" I remember we would always try and stop by the Dollar Tree and grab you a new set of balls. And I remember when we come home from a long day out, you would act so excited. You would grab your ball and run all around.

I loved how you would take up so much real estate on the bed, when you were just a small Pekingese!

I remember this one time, we took you to Lake Fairfax and you jumped in the water. I remember another time we took you to Lake Audubon and you jumped in the water that time too. You looked so happy! But why did you hate baths so much then?

I will always remember how happy you looked when you would run outside, how excited you would get when I grabbed your leash, how you would scratch the pantry door for your treats, and all the other memories you made with us these past 17 years.

If only you could stay with us for longer. Please wait for us at Rainbow Bridge!

Oct-19-17:
We know you are resting now. You looked at peace. I couldn't have asked for a better ending. It's only the beginning though. I will see you again someday my dearest. -- Love Jennifer
