Welcome to Katie's Rainbow Bridge Memorial Residency
Memories of Katie
We were truly blessed the day that Katie and her little brother Cody, became part of our family. She and Cody had never been separated and even as puppies their devotion to each other was something special indeed. It was amazing to watch them as puppies because all of their movements appeared to be synchronized. Not long after the adoption, we began noticing subtle physical changes and began having Katie medically evaluated. At age three she was diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder, but with proper treatment and medicines she was able to be with us for nine more precious years. She had the sweetest personality and was truly her mama's little girl. She loved to travel with us and would ride sitting on a pillow in my lap. My "baby girl" quietly crossed the Rainbow Bridge this morning but she will always live in my heart.
