Gracie came to us in place of a computer monitor....... If you don't know 6 years ago Brian went to Staples to get himself a new computer monitor. PetSmart just happen to be next store and they were having an adoption event. Gracie caught Brian's eye which resulted in a phone call to Jamie saying I found the perfect dog for us. Perfect dog or perfect monitor? Brian convinced Jamie and the girls to come over to meet him to see Gracie. We agreed to "Foster" her for a couple of weeks. She had been with the organization for 2 years. She had puppies while there and all had been adopted. After months of emails and phone calls going unanswered to the rescue we knew Gracie was meant to be apart of the family. She was majorly spoiled by everyone who loved her and everyone that she loved. She was a gentle giant. Her favorite things to do were eat and sleep. Every now and then she'd get a hair up her butt and get the zoomies. Brian and Morgan were her go to BFF's they had a bond that was unbreakable. Gracie leaves a hole in all our hearts and the house a little quieter. We miss her snoring, her drama and the way she would boss us all around. She always acted like her next meal wasn't coming and were stingy with her meals. She loves carrots and apples as her treats and hated everything green. She gave the best snuggles and gave the best dirty looks. |
