When I left for work two days ago, I never dreamed you would be gone within hours, Gracie. You ate that morning and played hard with Annie the night before, so proud of yourself. When you were young, you and Bill had wonderful memories of hunting at the farm, which he wrote about in his journal. I'll always remember you with Chloe; you two were such buddies. But the funniest thing I remember is that you would love to hang out in the stairs like a cat. I'll never understand how you would nap up there, lol! You would always back up Chloe (and later Annie) when we would play fetch in the yard, and sometimes take the ball away from them. We are in shock, Gracie, but know that God was very good to you because you did not suffer or linger. Run free at the Rainbow Bridge, Gracie. We love you!!! 8/22/16. - Happy Birthday in Heaven, Gracie Google. You would have been 11 today, and I'm hoping you're celebrating with Chloe, Keesha, Lacey and Jessie. I wish I had had the chance to say Goodbye to you, but I have seen a couple of beautiful butterflies, and that tells me that you're still around us in spirit. 8/14/17 - Gracie, you'll be happy to know that your grand niece Loucie has come to live with us. She is a handful, but cute as a button!
