To enter his world
was an invitation,
to the magic of God.

People, places, and things
will continue to come to
my heart, but none can fill the
special space Cosmoe created.

He was born in my hand and rose from his sack with a whimper that announced his arrival. He never
stopped talking from that moment on. He learned to play relentlessly running to fetch the furthest thrown toys.
He always respected his grandfather Ollie McDuff. He cared for him kindly as Ollie aged, licking his ears with affection. His love for his half sister Abbey Gale was always present as he always let her win the tug contest.
There was no finer alarm clock than Cosmoe at 6:30 AM beaming morning wishes till you opened your eyes to feel his joy.
He was always very serious about his treats and meal time was most holy as he danced till his plate was served.
When many dogs would be looking to rest Cosmoe continued to play and welcomed baby Jasper with all the pride and love a big brother can show a little one.
He never stopped living his life to the fullest. He always wanted one more toss of his squeaky toys.
Cosmoe showed me how to be human.

Please also visit Abbey Gale and Ian QUIGBY.
