Memories of Chevy
Chevy grew from an adorable, loving, and playful puppy into a very handsome, loving, playful and adorable pet and companion. Although his size made him appear to be quite intimidating (he was a boxer (father)/pit bull (mother) mix), he was a very gentle, affectionate, and inquisitive dog. He was very protective of the people he loved, and his things; however, he was not mean or vicious to anyone he met.

He loved to take long walks, ride sitting up in the front seat of our SUV's, sitting on the patio watching neighbors and other animals go by, wading in the swimming pool, taking baths (he didn't like being dirty), visiting with the horses in the stables (they also liked his occasional visits), retrieving thrown balls, and cuddling with a loved one when he rested or slept. He would get so excited when the people he loved wanted to spend time just with him. He also liked to go visit and play with his cute little dog friend Miss Maggie who lived near his home.

Chevy, although the time you spent with us was so short yet it was filled with so many wonderful, lovely, and happy memories for us to remember. May your soul find rest and peace in heaven and may the angels watch over you until that time when we can once again be reunited. Really look forward to that day. Love and miss you very much Chev Chev!
