Welcome to Campbell's Rainbow Bridge Memorial Residency
Memories of Campbell
My heart is broken, we had to put my sweet Campbell cat to sleep Dec 15th. I rescued Campbell when we were stationed in Ft. Campbell, KY. while Chris was deployed to Iraq. Chris asked me not to get a cat while he was gone since we already had a dog but when I saw his little face I couldn't resist. Campbell was my little buddy and was by my side through everything. He comforted me after we lost our first baby while Chris was deployed, and he welcomed home our 4 babies in the different states they were born in. He was the sweetest cat who always wanted to be around people. We always joked he was a dog trapped in a cat's body. He loved to sneak outside, drink water out of my glass, sleep with the kids, and wrestling with Chesney, our dog. I don't know what I'm going to do without him, but I know I'll see him on the Rainbow Bridge one day.
