You were waiting for us at the pet shop when my son needed you the most. He chose you because of your quietness compared to the other kittens and we brought you home and your personality fit so well with ours. Over the years, you developed from a adventurous little girl climbing on top of everything including the top of a door to maturing to a quiet girl who loved to cuddle and enjoy plopping onto our feet and lying there, wagging your big tail. We always loved to see you lying upside down with your big belly sticking up and your paws resting and when I read that cats do that only when they feel loved and secure then it made sense because you were so very loved. You loved your family so much and showed us so much happiness and affection which to us made the myth that cats are aloof and unsociable untrue. Your human brothers adored you and were constantly hugging and kissing you. Your human Mommy (me) learned to love you with all my heart, and I never thought I would have been able to because I am not a "cat person" but with you I was!!! Your dog nephew, Guinny, loved you and was always concerned about you when you got sick. You didn't play with him and maybe even didn't like him but you tolerated him after a while when he came to live with us and a small part of you I think loved him too. You were always together in so many pictures! At the end your breathing was really bad and I think you were tired. So we let you go but our hearts are broken and it will take a very long time to heal but we will always have you in our hearts and carry your love and all that you offered to us, your sweet little ways, with us. Thank you sweetheart for being our friend and baby girl and we love you forever. Rest now Princess Butteroni. No more suffering. Please come into our dreams sometimes so we know you're close...💕👑 |
