Memories of Buddy
Buddy was a wonderful companion and protector. He could be strong if the situation seemed to call for it, but was gentle with children, puppies, cats, and any female dog. He will be forever cherished by so many who knew him.

Dear Buddy:

Of course Ron and I knew how wonderful you were, but so many others were touched by you as well. My niece Kim says she doesn't know how she's going to tell her daughter, Belle. She said Belle has often told her how much she loved you.

Aunt Sally, Aunt Barbara, and Uncle Perry loved you so much they were there with me that last day at the vet's. Ann and Melissa, the front desk ladies who were always there when you used to go for daycare, both cried when I had to let you go. Even the doctor himself, whom I'd not met before this, cried when he had to give you the shot.

Miss Bessie got choked up as well - she saw you often when you were at Sally's house when I went out of town and Sally "babysat" for you. When I told Damorrow, your groomer, she cried, also. She said she loved you. In fact, when they ran an article in the newspaper about her new shop, she chose you out of all her clients for her newspaper picture.

Everybody who knew you thought you were special, not just us! We love and miss you so, so much, sweet boy.

Your loving pet parents, Ron and Patsy
