Welcome to Adaline's Rainbow Bridge Memorial Residency
Memories of Adaline
Adie had a good day, she could hardly walk anymore so we sat in the living room. She had steak for Lunch and we played with a whipping cream dispencer, always was her favorite. I brushed her and had my whole day planned for only her. At 9pm, The Vet and her helper arrived. Adie didn't like them coming into the living room. She was sedated and was very comfortable as I cried for her, I was so happy she was not to be in pain any longer, but I was also kind of selfish, 11.7 years is a long time for a Dane, but it went so fast and everyday I loved her more. All of my memories are of her and playing, in the snow, water at the beach and thinking two horses were her momma and daddy. I will always love her and I miss her so much every day. Run free Adie, I'll be there soon! You will be that sweet 4 month old puppy in the dog house looking at me so hesitantly. We soon became such good friends, you are my first Dane, but not my last. Oh..thank you for teaching Tiberius all you did. He misses you too!
