Jeanette, I couldn't help smiling as I imagined Tuffi's little bunny butt. What a beautiful baby, the love and friendship shared will live on forever in your heart and mind. Gone but never forgotten.

Jeanette, they're all now happily running around in endless fun at Rainbow Bridge—Tuffi, Sam, Salem, Feisty, Binx, Angel, Chewie, and Freckles. I'd be mistaken to think that you didn't miss them, but we're all going to seem them one day. I miss my baby, a female Beagle named River, who left for Rainbow Bridge last March 21. Her departure was a devastating blow for us, her family. But thanks to Rainbow Bridge, I'm going to see my River again, just as you will see your pack again.

I was browsing resident names today. I happened across your lovely Tuffi. Tuffy is the name of the dear friend I lost July 26, 2010. He came into my life June 05. My friend was a dog, but he didn't have a tail either and cats were his friends. Since they share a residence now, I felt it appropriate to pay my respect to your Dear Tuffi.

Wow, hard to believe you've been gone for 3 years and yet I still remember so many things about you. Bunny Butt, I hope you, along with your Sis and Bro, welcome my little boy Chunky Butt to the Bridge and become great friends. Will you look after him until I can come and be with him again? I know you will.

Hello, pretty Tuffi. We're sorry we've not visited sooner...we didn't know about you. The little old gray lady kitty who helped you and Freckles welcome Salem to Paradise meadow is our Pressy. Pressy said she wanted her family to visit her kitty playmate Tuffi. She tells us she shares kitty love headbumps with you and taught you to send love signs on the wind so Mom hears your sweet purrs and feels your kitty headbumps and a touch of your soft paw when gentle evening breezes blow. Pressy said you sent a sign to tell Mom Salem arrived in Paradise and is waiting with you and Freckles until she comes to cross the Bridge to be together for all time. Play happily in beautiful Paradise with your meadow fur family and other furangels but join together often to smile at Mom so she knows you are watching over her and are with her. Soar high among the clouds with your meadow fur family now on silvery angel wings to watch over Mom together always, beloved Bunny Butt. Pressy's Grandpa

Tuffi - How pretty you are and what a good pose for the picture! Send your mom some kisses from the Rainbow to let her know you are okay. Tuffi leaves this message with you, "I Remember,I stood by your bed last night, I came to have a peep. I could see that you were crying. You found it hard to sleep. I whined to you softly as you brushed away a tear, "It's me, I haven't left you, I'm well, I'm fine, I'm here." Author Unknown

"Until one has loved an animal, a part of one's soul remains unawakened" -Anatole France - I have found such profound truth in that statement.... I believe in my heart, that is why we never forget the joy, the love, the very presence of our babies even after they've gone. You see, the part of us they've awoken simply never again falls asleep inside us. Instead, the cherished memories of their love, their presence in our lives, keeps their flame eternally glowing in our hearts, no matter how little...or how long of a time has gone by since they've left our side.... May Tuffi's flame continue to burn brightly and shine eternally in your heart... With wishes of sunshine to you, from the Rainbow and beyond......God Bless......Karen (Dusty's mommy)....... http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm
