Joe..A  beautiful tribute to a great friend. Sugarfoot is a handsome boy. It is always hard to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. But no matter what or for whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon leaving their forever pawprints within us. Be sure to know he is happy, healthy and playing with Oreo, Ralph, Eva and Hermione while waiting for us to join them at the Bridge. I can send you my babies sites if you wish to visit..take care..  Kathy 🐶🐱❤️🌈

I am so sorry Joe you had to say goodbye to Sugarfoot. You wrote a wonderful post. I remember as a kid in the fifties there was a western series about a guy who was a hero in the town. Look it up.

Hi JOe, it is some years since Sugarfoot crossed the Bride. I am sure you are getting on with your life but when we come across a different species of 'person' who we share a rare and spiritual love and relationship with, their memory never fades. My daugther, best friend and soul mate Topsy was put to sleep 1427 days ago. I keep a calendar so that I know that there are now 1427 days left of my life, that I dont have to live without her in her human form. Much love for Sugarfoot's memory. Topsy had a similar life threatening condition called a canine portal shunt when she was only 5, but like with you, with the surgery, medication and my love for her, she managed to live to 14.6 years with only one functioning kidney. I wonder if they have met across the Bridge, love, Lynne

I am so sorry for your loss of Sugarfoot. My heart goes out to you as I know you are struggling with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. I know you had a special relationship with Sugarfoot that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found Sugarfoot and they’ve become friends. May the love you shared with Sugarfoot continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. My precious Bailey left our world December 5th, 2013 and we miss her so. Please visit my Bailey at http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/BAILE364/Resident.htm

Dear Sugarfoot, how purrfectly handsome you are! Please go to the Bridge and purr your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the heart of Joe who misses you so much, and he will send his love right back to you on angels' wings. Dear Joe, your world has lost a very special furpurrson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed Home a very special soul. Sugarfoot is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Fritz, Jackie, Callie, Tashi, Katy and BG are watching over me, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his sweet presence continually nuzzle your heart until then, and may you find comfort in knowing that the silver thread of love that binds you heart to heart with Sugarfoot will never be broken. Many blessings and much peace, Clare...Please visit my Fritz at https://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/FRITZ021/resident.htm

For sweet Sugarfoot, I know that during your lifetime you gave Joe much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness playing in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photo and reading what Joe wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. For Joe, I just visited your Sugarfoot's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious Fur Angel. I am sure if asked, Sugarfoot would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Having lost my two little dogs Pedro and Keshet I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you miss Sugarfoot. Wishing you all the very best always, Rosalind (Pedro and Keshet's Mom).

Joe: You have thoughtfully composed a beautiful memorial page for Sugarfoot, the love of your life. The smiles, laughter and tears you two created will be forever cherished. May love continue to shine through your sorrow during this painful time for which I am so deeply sorry. A cyber bleeding heart plant has been gifted and so appropriately named.

Hello, handsome Sugarfoot. We're sorry we've not visited sooner...we didn't know about you. Our Pressy is the old gray lady kitty who welcomed you to sunny Paradise meadow and chases colorful butterflies with you. Pressy asked her family to visit playmate Sugarfoot. She said you trade kitty love headbumps and she taught you to send love signs on the wind so Dad hears your sweet meows and purrs and feels a soft touch of your kitty paw in gentle breezes. Pressy said you send love signs to tell Dad you're in Paradise meadow watching over him waiting patiently until he comes for you one day to cross Rainbow Bridge together for all time. Play happy meadow games with other furangels in beautiful Paradise meadow but stop often to smile at Dad so he feels the warmth of your love surround him and knows you miss him too and are with him for he loves you deeply and misses you so. Soar among clouds on silvery angel wings to watch over Dad always, beloved sweet Sugarfoot. Pressy's Grandpa
