Dear Lisa and Mike, What a beautiful tribute and connection you have with Stymey. I'm so sorry for your loss and how tough it must be. Parts of your messages brought tears to my eyes, such as finding two chewies in the favorite chair! :'( Seeing Stymey's photos, however, made me smile so much. What a loved baby boy!! He had the best parents and such an adventurous and full life. I love how there are people like you two in the world bringing so much love to Stymey. That love never ends. I hope Stymey likes the extra chewie I left for him. Dear sweet and loyal Stymey, send extra love to your mom and dad whenever you can.

I think I have found someone else in this world who may actually love their pup as much as I love mine. They are my soulmates. Reading this helped,

Dear Lisa, I read the beautiful tribute to your sweet boy. What a wonderful home he had. We are so alike with the hikes, treats, warm blankets from dryer etc. Stymey no doubt had the VERY BEST life he possibly could. He was meant for you and your husband. He is such a cutie and will always be with you - this bond can never be broken. Sending you lots of love. Patch’s Mom. XO

Dear Stymey, I hope you had a good Valentine's day in heaven. Your momma and I miss you very much. We would have had so many toys and treats for you if you were here. Momma keeps looking for you everywhere. I think even the cat misses you a bit. She's been sleeping in your crate, did you come and tell her that was okay to do? We had some steak for Valentine's day. The cat didn't want any, but I know you would have eaten it all. I'll leave you some here. Daddy misses you little puppers. I hope you aren't scared and aren't in pain anymore. Be good. :'(

Such an interesting and adorable little doggie. He is rather different and very sensitive and sweet looking. Not a beauty but endearing at the same time. I am so sorry he had to go. I pray he feels good now and is at peace and will soon be happy. Our babies suffer as much as we do when they have to leave so it is very important to talk to them a lot. To call their name and tell them how much we love and miss them. How they will always be in our hearts and in our homes. I sing to my baby every day and I pray he hears me. I think he does because I have had night visits and I think that means that somehow we do connect with them. That feeling of connection is so soothing to the soul. I will pray that you and your Stymey can connect that way and maybe you too will have a visit. Be well. God bless and keep you all.

Hi Lisa and Mike. Stymey is so handsome. Such a sweet, kind, gentle face and a wonderful smile. I am so deeply sorry for your loss. I hear your grief and understand, can relate to the heartache of losing such a beloved family member, companion, fur baby. Our fur babies give us so much in the way of love, comfort, support, joy. They always give 100% to us and help see us through the worst of times. Your memory posting brought tears to my eyes as I cannot help but recall losing my own best friend, soul mate, fur baby last June. Stymey was deeply loved, cherished by you and I am sure he knew this. He formed a forever bond with you that does not diminish with loss. I believe he is with you in spirit. So many memories were created with him. Hold them close to your heart. I hope recalling them brings you peace, comfort and joy.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Stymey. Please find comfort in knowing that Stymey is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I have lost several babies since Spooky's passing. Hannah 1/11/13, Sammi 8/2/13,Maci 4/9/14, Gabbi 3/20/17, Zoe 1/3/18, Willow 6/4/18, Shelby 6/12/18, Bear 11/17/19 and Bella and Murphy who were both tragically poisoned on 06/18/20. I am sure that Stymey and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

Dear Lisa and Mike, What a beautiful memorial page you made for Stymey. I enjoyed seeing all the pictures and after reading your words, I felt like I knew Stymey personally. Having been a dog owner/lover all my life, I do know that deep heartache and loneliness we feel when we lose one so precious to us. I do hope, with time, that feeling of sadness will lift and in its place will be joyful memories of Stymie that will make you smile and laugh again when you think of him. Blessings, Dianna
