Dear Valerie, after 19 years, the loss must be massive - you will miss Skitty's meows, her cuddles, her own personal routine and simply her presence in your life. You are 100% correct and you two will be together again one day - never doubt it. Just I will be reunited with all my fur and feathered babies too. Take care and stay strong. It takes a very special Mummy to love and look after a daughter for 19 years. x

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Skitty. Please find comfort in knowing that Skitty is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th, 2001, after 16 wonderful years with her. I have lost several babies since Spooky's passing. Hannah 1/11/13, Sammi 8/2/13, Maci 4/9/14, Gabbi 3/20/17, Zoe 1/3/18, Willow 6/4/18, Shelby 6/12/18, Bear 11/17/19, Bella and Murphy who were both tragically poisoned on 06/18/20, Firefly 12/20/22, Zachary 02/19/23, Tanner 02/22/24 and Tiger 08/01/24. For sweet Skitty, I know that during your lifetime you gave Valerie much joy. Now I am wishing you lots and lots of happiness playing in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photo and reading what Valerie wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. For Valerie, I just visited your Skitty's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious Fur Angel. I am sure if asked, Skitty would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing.
